Thomas White has resigned as the principal accounting officer of CTS Corporation, effective September 18, 2024, to embrace a new career opportunity. His departure is amicable, with no disputes over accounting or financial practices. Ashish Agrawal, currently the Vice President and CFO, is set to take over White’s responsibilities following his resignation.
