“Watch NVDA Ahead of Q3 Earnings” Top-Rated Susquehanna Analyst Lifts Nvidia Stock Target to $230

Nvidia (NVDA) is back in the analyst spotlight ahead of its fiscal third-quarter earnings report, due on November 19. # Christopher Rolland from Susquehanna raised his price target to $230 (23% upside potential) from $210, while maintaining a Buy rating. The move shows rising confidence in the company’s AI data center growth, especially as its next-gen GB300 chips ramp up rollout later this year.

AI Demand and Rising Capex Drive Bullish Outlook

Rolland says demand for Nvidia’s data center business is strong, driven by big spending from top cloud companies. These tech giants are likely to boost capex by 69% year-over-year in 2025. That momentum is expected to continue into 2026, with capital spending set to rise another 24%.

On the supply side, Foxconn’s recent performance adds to the optimism. The manufacturer hit its full-year AI server revenue target for 2025 in just three quarters, suggesting strong demand and execution across the supply chain.

Blackwell Boosts Revenue Potential

According to Susquehanna’s internal costing analysis, Nvidia’s upcoming Blackwell Ultra chips are expected to carry nearly 14% higher average selling prices (ASPs). Thus, the mix shift toward higher-ASP products, including B300 and GB300, is expected to help NVIDIA keep strong revenue growth in Q3 and Q4.

Also, Rolland noted that growth in the Professional Visualization unit will be driven by generative AI and Omniverse adoption.

Finally, the analyst sees the Automotive segment as a smaller contributor, with mixed signals due to soft global EV/ICE demand and potential headwinds from tariffs and expiring EV tax credits.

Is Nvidia a Buy, Hold, or Sell Now?

On TipRanks, NVDA stock has received a Strong Buy consensus rating, with 37 Buys, one Hold, and one Sell assigned in the last three months. The average Nvidia stock price target is $240, suggesting an upside potential of 28.38% from the current level.
