During Wednesday’s regular trading, the three major indexes closed higher as tech and software stocks rebounded from an AI-driven selloff. Oracle (ORCL) rose 1.2%, and all members of the “Magnificent Seven” closed in the green. The DJIA gained 0.63%, while the Nasdaq Composite and S&P 500 were up 1.26% and 0.81%, respectively.

After markets closed, Nvidia posted solid Q4 FY26 results, beating on both sales and earnings expectations. Nonetheless, its shares barely moved, reflecting cautious market sentiment given the company’s outsized sway over tech stocks and major indexes like the Nasdaq.

Turning to trending stocks, The Trade Desk (TTD) stock tanked more than 15% in Thursday’s pre-market trading after the ad-tech company’s Q1 revenue and adjusted EBITDA outlook lagged expectations. C3.ai (AI) stock plunged 24% after the company’s fiscal third-quarter results missed the Street’s projections.

Meanwhile, IonQ (IONQ) stock rallied more than 14% after the quantum computing company reported solid Q4 2025 results and issued a strong revenue outlook for the first quarter and full year. Also, Nutanix (NTNX) stock jumped 19% after the cloud software company announced a multi-year partnership with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) to develop an AI infrastructure platform.

On the earnings front, notable companies reporting today include CoreWeave (CRWV), Block (XYZ), Rocket Lab (RKLB), and SoundHound AI (SOUN).
