Wolfspeed (WOLF) announced two executive appointments that strengthen the company’s leadership team and support its continued growth and engagement with customers, investors, and stakeholders. Brad Kohn will rejoin Wolfspeed as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal and Global Affairs Officer, effective May 11, 2026. In this role, Kohn will oversee the company’s global legal, compliance, government affairs, and public-policy engagement functions, supporting Wolfspeed’s regulatory alignment and long-term value creation. In addition, Sonja Burfeind has been appointed Vice President, VP,Communications, effective July 1, 2026. Burfeind will lead Wolfspeed’s global communications strategy, unifying internal and external messaging, including public relations and sales and marketing communications.
