Oppenheimer raised the firm’s price target on Toll Brothers (TOL) to $180 from $177 and keeps an Outperform rating on the shares. The firm is updating its model to reflect Q1 earnings and updated guidance. Oppenheimer continues to think Toll is well positioned given its high-income buyer and could benefit more than other builders if mortgage rates fall below 6%.
