Texas Capital upgraded Target Hospitality (TH) to Buy from Hold with a price target of $12, up from $9. The firm has higher confidence in the company’s guidance given its margin and addressable market expansion from its data center and power generation contracts. Target Hospitality has successfully pivoted away from the Pecos loss to providing workplace housing and amenities solutions to data center construction projects and to critical minerals mining companies, the analyst tells investors in a research note.
