Deutsche Bank raised the firm’s price target on Lattice Semiconductor (LSCC) to $175 from $150 and keeps a Buy rating on the shares. The firm says Lattice’s proposed acquisition of AMI is “even more compelling” following its analysis of the deal. The acquisition is “not only from a financial perspective, but more importantly from a strategic perspective,” the analyst tells investors in a research note.
