High conviction NVDA bears now have this Tradr ETFEXPECTATIONS: Last quarter, Uber reported Q4 adjusted EPS of 71c and revenue $14.4B, versus consensus of 78c and $14.32B, respectively. For Q1, the company said it saw adjusted EPS in the range of 65c-72c, with consensus at 75c at the time, and Q1 Gross Bookings between $52B-$53.5B, representing growth of 17% to 21% year-over-year on a constant currency basis.
Current consensus EPS and revenue forecasts for Uber’s Q1 stand at 71c and $13.26B, respectively, according to data from Yahoo Finance.
STRONG RESULTS: TD Cowen expects Uber to report strong Q1 results. Uber shares are flat since Q4 results and are down about 5% year-to-date, the firm notes. TD Cowen sees potential for share upside as its outlook for Uber remains strong, given 2026 Mobility gross bookings reported growth in the high teens year-over-year, supported by lower prices in key markets; robust delivery gross bookings growth year-over-year supported by strong underlying user growth, further expansion into the Grocery & Retail verticals; Uber One growth and ramping adv biz; strong EBITDA growth supported by cost efficiencies; and the continue ramp of autonomous vehicle partnerships around the globe. The firm has a Buy rating on the stock with a price target of $114.
U.S. AV CATALYSTS: In a research note ahead of earnings, BofA told investors that given Q1 industry data, it expects relatively in-line bookings and revenues. With Q1 weather issues and Uber’s investment for growth posture, the firm doesn’t anticipate upside. Autonomous vehicle outlook remains a big sentiment driver, and BofA expects positive comments on multiple partnerships and Nvidia (NVDA) progress and questions on readiness of U.S. second half of the year autonomous vehicle partners, merchant fee changes, share in Waymo markets, and gas price impact on driver supply. The firm has a Buy rating on Uber with a price target of $103.
STRONGEST SETUP: In a Ridesharing & Delivery Q1 preview research note, Roth told investors that the firm believes Uber has the strongest setup with clear valuation support in low-$70s and potential upside if AV is framed as margin-accretive. Roth added that it would be an aggressive buyer below $73, seeing a clear pathway for the stock to move above $85.
