Tesla (TSLA) CEO Elon Musk and the Securities and Exchange Commission are in discussions to resolve the agency’s lawsuit alleging Musk delayed disclosing his 2022 purchases of Twitter shares, Reuters reported, citing a court filing. According to the filing, both parties said they are exploring a potential settlement that could eliminate the need for further litigation. They also jointly requested that the presiding judge extend the deadline to submit a proposed schedule for next steps to April 1, from the current March 18 date.
