Roth Capital lowered the firm’s price target on Canadian Solar (CSIQ) to $15 from $30 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The company reported a Q4 miss and “weak” Q1 guidance despite reiterating its 2026 shipment outlook, the analyst tells investors in a research note. The firm says Canadian Solar expects 2026 U.S. module volumes and margins to be pressured by limited supply of non-Prohibited Foreign Entity cells and higher input costs. Roth remains on the sidelines pending clarity on Prohibited Foreign Entity rules.
