Piper Sandler analyst Thomas Champion lowered the firm’s price target on Booking Holdings (BKNG) to $5,000 from $5,750 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The firm notes shares are roughly flat after-hours following a solid Q4 result above guidance, driven by a reacceleration in the U.S. room nights and strength in Asia. Piper remains mixed on the OTA space although Booking’s execution across GenAI, loyalty, Alternatives and AsiaPac looks solid.
