BMO Capital raised the firm’s price target on American Airlines (AAL) to $13.50 from $12 and keeps a Market Perform rating on the shares. The company reported better-than-expected Q1 results and provided above consensus guidance for the year, while the management also did little to push back on the potential partnership with Alaska Air, the analyst tells investors in a research note. BMO adds it is raising its estimates for FY26 and FY27, modeling higher yields and fuel recapture.
