The firm updated its model following Q1 results and views the copany’s decision to not pull FY26 guidance as a signal of confidence around its franchise, as premium products and the loyalty ecosystem continue to grow. That said, it’s not fully clear as to how the company’s hub strategy and related profitability evolves in a scenario where fuel is higher for longer.
