After AMD (AMD) announced a 6GW agreement with Meta (META), including 1GW of custom MI450x GPUs expected to begin shipping in the second half of 2026 and more meaningful revenue starting in 2027, Jefferies says Street estimates have “already baked in some of the upside,” but adds that the deal should give investors more confidence in AMD’s AI roadmap and $20 EPS case. The firm has a Buy rating and $300 price target on AMD shares.
