Roth Capital analyst Eric Handler raised the firm’s price target on AMC Entertainment (AMC) to $2 from $1.50 and keeps a Neutral rating on the shares. The company should benefit from a multi-year positive content cycle, but the continued issues with its capital structure remain a major headwind, the analyst tells investors in a research note. Equity dilution has and could remain substantial, net leverage remains high, and free cash flow may not turn positive until 2027/2028, Roth added.
