Amaero announces intention to re-domicile to the U.S.

Amaero (AMROF) has entered into a scheme implementation deed with Amaero to pursue a re-domiciliation of Amaero and its subsidiaries from Australia to the United States of America by way of proposed schemes of arrangement with its shareholders and its option holders under Part 5.1 of the Corporations Act 2001. Under the Schemes, Amaero US HoldCo will become the ultimate parent company of the Amaero Group.
