Alight (ALIT) announced two executive leadership appointments that support the company’s continued focus on operational excellence, innovation and long-term growth. Dinesh Tulsiani has been appointed President, Employer Solutions, effective May 1, 2026. In addition, Susan Davies, Alight’s Chief Accounting Officer and Global Controller, has been named Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective May 8, 2026, following the previously announced departure of Greg Giometti.
