Accenture (ACN) has begun monitoring staff use of AI to determine how it decides top-level promotions as the company pushes its employees to use the technology, Ellesheva Kissin and Elizabeth Bratton of The Financial Times reports. The firm told directors and senior managers that promotions to leadership positions would require “regular adoption” of AI, people familiar with the matter told the Times.
