Koji Ikeda has given his Buy rating due to a combination of factors, including Global-e’s continued outperformance versus both his and the Street’s expectations and its progress ahead of the growth plan laid out at the prior investor day. He views the company as a leading cross-border eCommerce infrastructure provider, benefiting from growing complexity in online retail and demonstrating strong execution that justifies higher revenue and expense forecasts.
In addition, he highlights early but promising momentum in Shopify Managed Markets 2.0 as a meaningful driver of future GMV and potential upside to consensus for 2026. Ikeda also stresses that management’s guidance appears conservative given robust recent same-store sales trends, while the company is poised to accelerate growth, sustain GAAP profitability, and deliver a Rule-of-50-plus profile; this, in his view, warrants a premium valuation and supports his $52 price objective.
In another report released on February 17, Morgan Stanley also maintained a Buy rating on the stock with a $38.00 price target.
