Raptor Maps Leverages Data-Rich Solar Report and Near-Capacity RaptorCon 26 to Strengthen Industry Position

Raptor Maps, a solar asset management and analytics platform, used the week to spotlight two major initiatives: its forthcoming 2026 Global Solar Report and its near-capacity RaptorCon 26 conference. The company emphasized a data-driven approach to utility-scale solar performance, risk management, and lifecycle optimization across global portfolios.

Multiple posts previewed the 2026 Global Solar Report, which will draw on 373 GWdc of cumulative solar data, including 57.5 GWdc of advanced inspections. The report is set to analyze trends in power loss over time, examine drivers of degradation, and assess how robotics and automation affect plant performance and operations.

Raptor Maps indicated that the report will detail the types and magnitudes of risks affecting solar farms and link these to insurance claim data. This benchmarking is positioned as a tool for asset owners, insurers, lenders, and investors to better understand operational risk, reliability, and efficiency in the solar sector.

In parallel, the company intensified promotion of RaptorCon 26, scheduled for February 25–26, 2026, which is limited to solar companies and reportedly nearing capacity. The event will feature technical and executive sessions targeting operators, lenders, and other sophisticated stakeholders focused on bankability and long-term asset performance.

Highlighted speakers include David Devir of VDE Americas, presenting on detecting unseen defects and using technology at scale across solar portfolios, and Deborah Builder of Adapture Renewables, leading a panel on building resilient, data-driven solar companies. Another featured speaker, Clay Jensen of Energy Project Solutions, will join a panel on reimagining testing, commissioning, and handover for large-scale projects.

Collectively, these developments underscore Raptor Maps’ strategy to position itself as a reference point for utility-scale solar performance and risk analytics while deepening relationships with key industry decision-makers. While no new financial metrics were disclosed, the combination of a large-scale data report and a specialized, near-capacity conference may enhance the company’s visibility and support future demand for its inspection and asset management solutions.
