Pudu Robotics has inaugurated a new U.S. headquarters in Dallas, Texas, positioning the company for faster, more coordinated expansion across the Americas and signaling a long-term commitment to the region. The Richardson-based facility in Sherman Tech Center consolidates office space, a product showroom, and on-site warehousing, aimed at improving regional management, service support, and logistics efficiency.

As part of a broader infrastructure overhaul, Pudu has converted its Santa Clara site into a lean logistics outpost and implemented a dual-warehouse model on both U.S. coasts to enable faster nationwide delivery. These moves support a business that has already deployed nearly 15,000 robots in the Americas and delivered 285% year-over-year revenue growth in the region, indicating that Pudu’s service, cleaning, industrial delivery, and embodied AI platforms are entering large-scale commercialization.

Pudu’s growth in the Americas is being driven by a broad product lineup tailored to local labor and productivity pressures, including BellaBot and BellaBot Pro for service delivery, the PUDU CC1, MT1, and BG1 series for commercial cleaning, and the T-series for industrial logistics with payloads up to 600kg. The company’s D5 series extends its embodied AI offering into more complex, human-centric environments, supporting use cases that require adaptive interaction and navigation.

Partnerships with local distributors have increased 63.6% year over year, widening Pudu’s customer base across food and beverage, healthcare, warehousing, real estate services, retail, and entertainment. Its robots are already in use by several global blue-chip organizations, which reinforces Pudu’s positioning as an enterprise-grade automation provider and enhances its reference base for further penetration of large accounts.

Pudu has simultaneously scaled its regional organizational footprint, evolving from a small U.S. entry team in 2018 into a multifunctional local operation covering sales, after-sales service, solution design, and marketing. This localized structure is intended to shorten sales cycles, improve deployment quality, and support repeat business as customers expand use across sites and workflows.

Looking ahead, Pudu plans to deepen its presence in retail, logistics, food service, healthcare, and commercial cleaning while broadening the deployment scenarios for its four major product lines. Raymond Pan, General Manager of the Americas, stated that the company aims to serve one million people in the U.S. within five years, leveraging the Dallas hub, optimized infrastructure, and continued investment in localized products, supply chain, and partner ecosystems.

Globally, Pudu has shipped over 120,000 units, operates in more than 80 countries and regions, and holds a 23% share of the commercial service robotics market, ranking first worldwide according to Frost & Sullivan’s 2023 research. The company intends to use its strengthened Americas platform as one pillar of a broader international growth strategy, built on its proprietary R&D in navigation, multi-robot coordination, motion control, and its “one brain, multiple embodiments” architecture.
