Property Finder Migration Highlights Performance and Cost Gains with ClickHouse

According to a recent LinkedIn post from ClickHouse, real estate platform Property Finder reported significant performance and cost gains after migrating its analytics to ClickHouse. The post notes that the platform, which serves more than 700,000 listings across the UAE, Bahrain, Egypt, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, saw query speeds improve from 50 seconds to about 2 seconds, with some test cases reportedly 500 times faster.

The company’s LinkedIn post highlights that Property Finder also reported operating cost reductions of roughly 50% following the migration. The setup described combines ClickPipes for data integration, Amazon Bedrock for natural language queries, and Amazon SageMaker for predictive modeling, all on a shared ClickHouse and Amazon S3 data layer.

The post suggests this architecture supports multi-region data residency compliance, which is a key consideration for data-heavy, regulated sectors such as real estate and financial services. For investors, these reported results may indicate that ClickHouse’s cloud-native analytical database is gaining traction in complex, high-scale production environments, potentially strengthening its competitive position.

If similar performance and cost savings can be replicated across other large customers, ClickHouse could increase its appeal among enterprises seeking both efficiency and compliance in their data infrastructure. This, in turn, may translate into higher adoption, deeper cloud partnerships, and an expanded addressable market in analytics and AI-driven workloads.
