Neural Concept is also deepening traction in the automotive sector, citing usage at major automakers such as Jaguar Land Rover and General Motors. Engineers at these OEMs are using the platform to explore a broader range of design options and obtain real-time aerodynamic feedback across the vehicle lifecycle, including early sketch phases and software-defined vehicle development.

Product development progressed with the release of Neural Concept 4.7, described as a significant upgrade to its Engineering Intelligence platform. New features include pre-built pipelines for an “intelligence layer,” a Design Copilot agent embedded in workflows, and a Design Lab aimed at reducing design iterations and speeding design decisions.

To drive adoption of version 4.7, the company is hosting a live technical session on May 11 to demonstrate the new capabilities. If the release is successfully integrated into customer toolchains, it may increase usage intensity and help embed the platform more deeply in engineering workflows, supporting longer-term customer retention.

Roles such as a Chief Revenue Officer and regional sales leadership indicate a more structured go-to-market strategy, particularly targeting growth in the U.S. market.

On the ecosystem front, the company showcased its AI-driven powertrain design tools at the CTI Symposium in Novi, Michigan, promoting agent-like simulations that support exploration of thousands of design variants per development cycle. It also ran an AI-driven aerodynamic design bootcamp in Detroit with Amazon Web Services, engaging more than 30 engineers and highlighting cloud-based engineering workflows.

Collectively, these developments point to a constructive week for Neural Concept, marked by enhanced product capabilities, increasing automotive references, and broader engagement with engineering and industrial stakeholders.
