Honest Health has secured a new engagement with PeaceHealth that positions the physician-led company as a key operational backbone for clinicians entering select Medicare value-based care programs across Washington, Oregon, and Alaska. Through PeaceHealth’s Cascadia Community Care Alliance, Honest Health will deliver analytics, documentation support, and care management services designed to plug directly into existing clinical infrastructure and lower the administrative burden that often limits participation in value-based models.
For Honest Health, the arrangement represents a strategic expansion in the Pacific Northwest and deeper integration into Medicare-focused value-based care, with potential upside in recurring service revenue as more clinicians opt in over time. CEO Rob Bessler emphasized that Honest Health’s role is to provide the tools and operational expertise needed to navigate complex Medicare program requirements, while PeaceHealth leadership framed the partnership as a way to let its clinicians stay focused on care quality and outcomes. Although clinician participation remains voluntary, the scale of PeaceHealth’s network—approximately 16,000 caregivers and more than 3,000 physicians and clinicians—gives Honest Health a sizable growth platform and reinforces its positioning as an enabling infrastructure provider for health systems pursuing sustainable, value-based care strategies.
