Grow Therapy has entered a strategic partnership with Amazon to overhaul the technology giant’s U.S. Employee Assistance Program, positioning Grow at the core of a new model for accessing mental health care for more than one million workers. Under the redesigned program for full-time, regular U.S.-based employees, Grow will deliver no-cost care for the first six therapy sessions via the EAP, then transition eligible employees into in-network coverage aligned with their existing health insurance to preserve continuity of care.
For Grow, the arrangement expands its employer-channel footprint and showcases the scale of its 26,000-provider network, which already reaches 220 million Americans through health plans, while giving Amazon an integrated, nationwide solution across all 50 states with rapid scheduling in two to three days and flexible virtual or in-person appointments. The partnership also leverages Grow’s mobile app and clinically guided AI tools to support employees between sessions and streamline information-sharing with providers, a capability that can improve engagement and outcomes and strengthen Grow’s value proposition with large employers seeking more effective, data-informed mental health benefits.
