ElevenLabs has broadened its $500 million Series D with a new slate of institutional, strategic, and individual investors, while disclosing that annual recurring revenue has surpassed $500 million, up from roughly $350 million at year-end and about $450 million after adding $100 million in net new ARR in Q1 2026. The company’s valuation has escalated from $6.6 billion in September to $11 billion in February, reflecting investor conviction in its role as a core voice infrastructure provider for enterprises.

Management highlighted new enterprise contracts with Deutsche Telekom, Revolut, and Klarna, with Deutsche Telekom’s venture arm describing ElevenLabs as a foundational enabler of its industrial AI vision and future in-network AI agents. Alongside the primary round, ElevenLabs completed a $100 million secondary tender and plans to open access for retail investors via Robinhood Ventures, while continuing to invest in “human-level” voice models and strengthening its research capabilities through the acquisition of the team from Polish voice AI startup Papla.
