Electrified Thermal Solutions is accelerating its European expansion with a new office in Amsterdam and the appointment of Ashwin Imambaks as European Sales Director, a move aimed at capturing surging demand for low-carbon industrial heat in key markets such as France and Germany. CEO and Co‑founder Daniel Stack said the shift in European energy economics—where off‑peak electricity can now undercut natural gas on cost while avoiding geopolitical price shocks—is creating a timely opening for the company’s Joule Hive Thermal Battery.
Imambaks, a veteran of more than two decades in B2B energy sales, will lead EU commercial growth, build a local team, and target energy‑intensive sectors including steel, chemicals, and cement that are under pressure from decarbonization mandates. Electrified Thermal’s technology converts renewable or off‑peak power into heat up to 1,800°C via proprietary conductive firebricks designed for 20–30 years of operation, offering manufacturers a long‑life alternative to fossil fuel combustion and exposure to volatile gas prices. The European push follows the commissioning of a megawatt‑scale commercial demonstration system in Texas, positioning the company to leverage proven performance as it pursues industrial customers seeking both emissions reductions and cost stability across the continent.
