Clasp has entered a strategic partnership with Rochester Regional Health (RRH) to power a targeted student-loan support program aimed at critical clinical roles, underscoring Clasp’s positioning as a recruitment and retention platform for healthcare employers. Under the initiative, Clasp’s platform will support financing and structured student-loan repayment for future Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, Surgical Technologists, and Radiologic Technologists who commit to careers at RRH in the Rochester and Finger Lakes region.
The program enables eligible CRNAs to receive up to $180,000 in loan repayment, while Surgical Technology and Radiologic Technology graduates can access up to $30,000 and $25,000 respectively, with candidates able to apply during training and lock in employment before graduation. Clasp CEO Tess Michaels characterized the initiative as a community-centered workforce strategy, positioning Clasp as a key enabler of long-term talent pipelines that help health systems address nationwide shortages, reduce reliance on temporary labor, and retain clinicians by easing debt burdens through employer-backed repayment solutions.
