Airia has introduced a new Form Review Step within its unified enterprise AI platform, giving customers a structured human verification stage before AI-extracted document data flows into core systems of record. The feature is aimed at industries where documents that affect money movement, title, or compliance—such as mortgages, deeds, insurance claims, and vendor contracts—must be checked by people even when AI models achieve high extraction accuracy.

When an AI agent in Airia’s environment reaches this Form Review Step, the workflow pauses and routes the case to an assigned reviewer, who works in a split-screen view showing the original document alongside an editable, AI-populated form. Reviewers can correct fields, add missing data, approve or reject with one click, and create an auditable trail that becomes the authoritative record for downstream processes, allowing enterprises to capture AI-driven efficiency while meeting governance and accountability requirements.
