Xinhua Winshare Publishing & Media Co., Ltd. has proposed appointing Li Kun as an executive director and confirmed his appointment as general manager, following the recent resignation of Li Qiang from both roles. Li, an experienced media and publishing executive from Sichuan Daily Newspaper Group and Sichuan Xinhua Publishing and Distribution Group, will serve as general manager from 10 February 2026 and as executive director upon shareholder approval, with his pay governed by the company’s remuneration system and no director’s fee for the board role.
