The latest announcement is out from Webuild SpA ( (IT:WBD) ).

Webuild SpA has reinforced its position in international capital markets by completing a €500 million bond issue due 2032 and a related tender offer for its 2027 notes, repurchasing about half of the outstanding nominal value. The transaction, conducted after the group exceeded its 2023–2025 Business Plan targets and secured a double BB+ rating, drew record demand of €2.5 billion from over 250 mostly international investors, allowing Webuild to upsize the deal and tighten pricing.

Proceeds and liability management measures significantly extend Webuild’s debt maturity profile, pushing more than 90% of maturities to September 2028 and beyond while keeping over 95% of its debt at fixed rates and preserving its average funding cost. The deal, achieved in a volatile macroeconomic environment, underpins investor confidence in the company’s credit profile and supports its role as a leading contractor for complex, sustainability-linked infrastructure projects, recently highlighted by its inclusion in TIME’s list of the 100 most influential companies.

The most recent analyst rating on (IT:WBD) stock is a Buy with a EUR3.40 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Webuild SpA stock, see the IT:WBD Stock Forecast page.
