Battery Minerals Ltd. ( (AU:WTM) ) has shared an announcement.

Waratah Minerals advanced its 80,000-metre drilling campaign at its 100%-owned Spur Gold Project during the March quarter, deploying 10 diamond rigs and completing 14,822 metres of drilling across 26 holes. The work focused on defining and expanding shallow mineralisation at the Spur Zone and aggressively testing high-grade targets at the Consols Zone, where mineralisation remains open in several directions.

Recent drilling at Consols confirmed significant shallow gold mineralisation extending up-dip of previous results, while seven new holes further expanded the zone’s footprint and highlighted the potential to rapidly add high-grade ounces. At the Spur Zone, infill and extensional drilling returned results that met or exceeded expectations and confirmed continuity of broad, shallow gold zones with multiple high-grade shoots and strong preliminary metallurgical recoveries above 90%.

The company also secured exclusive rights to acquire the nearby Ironclad Mining Lease, consolidating a district-scale land position and adding immediate drill-ready targets in a tier-one gold-copper region. With cash of $22.4 million at the end of March 2026, Waratah remains well funded to continue its intensive drilling, resource growth efforts, and regional exploration across the broader Spur project area.

The most recent analyst rating on (AU:WTM) stock is a Buy with a A$0.95 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Battery Minerals Ltd. stock, see the AU:WTM Stock Forecast page.
