Vulcan Two Group plc has reshaped its senior leadership team as it pursues its ambition to create a leading regulated ePharmacy platform in the UK. Chief Financial Officer Simon Carter has stepped down from the board and his CFO role for personal reasons but will remain within the finance team, while seasoned finance executive Keith Butcher, formerly CFO at Boku and Paysafe and with over two decades of LSE-listed experience, has been appointed interim CFO for a minimum of six months and may join the board if the company completes its first acquisition in that period. The company has also strengthened its governance and sector expertise with the appointment of healthcare specialist Dr David Wong as a non-executive director, adding extensive experience from healthcare, capital markets and UK-listed boards; together, the appointments are intended to bolster Vulcan Two’s financial firepower and strategic oversight as it enters a crucial phase of executing its acquisition-led growth plan.
