Vision Marine Technologies ( (VMAR) ) just unveiled an announcement.
Vision Marine Technologies’ Nautical Ventures subsidiary has secured exclusive rights to sell and distribute Twin Vee PowerCats boats in Broward County, Florida, a key U.S. boating market with one of the highest concentrations of registered recreational vessels. The deal leverages Twin Vee’s scaled manufacturing capacity and 12-model lineup, reinforcing structured territorial coverage, pricing discipline, and inventory allocation across Nautical Ventures’ South Florida operations.
The partners will also co-develop two custom “Adventure Edition” Twin Vee catamaran models, including the 34-foot 340 GFX-2 V Edition, to be sold exclusively through Nautical Ventures in its territory. These models will initially use internal combustion engines, with electric propulsion options planned on select platforms using Vision Marine’s E-Motion system, a strategy aimed at improving inventory turnover, capital efficiency, and product differentiation in the competitive adventure boating segment.
The most recent analyst rating on (VMAR) stock is a Hold with a $2.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Vision Marine Technologies stock, see the VMAR Stock Forecast page.
