Vertu Motors has disclosed that Ocorian Limited, trustee of the company’s employee benefit trust, purchased 300,000 ordinary shares at about 60 pence each on 13 March 2026, increasing the trust’s holding to 3,423,434 shares, or roughly 1.1% of issued capital. The shares will be used to satisfy future awards under the company’s long-term incentive and other employee share plans, effectively pre-funding potential option exercises for executive directors and senior managers and modestly consolidating existing shareholders’ positions as no treasury shares are held.
