The latest update is out from Veidekke ASA ( (GB:0GF6) ).
Veidekke has secured a NOK 300 million turnkey contract from Verdal municipality to build Phase 2 of a residential and treatment centre in central Verdal, adding 80 round-the-clock care places and extensive communal and staff facilities. The project, developed with local subsidiary Grande Entreprenør and partners, combines 7,700 square metres of new construction and refurbishment, with completion targeted for February 2028 and inclusion in Veidekke’s second-quarter 2026 order book.
The development will consolidate key municipal services, including home care, rehabilitation, mental health and substance abuse support, as well as day centre and youth facilities, into a modern, co-located complex. A strong focus on reuse and repurposing—such as reusing bricks, sourcing materials from donor buildings and partnering with a repurposing centre—underpins the municipality’s sustainability ambitions and reinforces Veidekke’s positioning in environmentally conscious public-sector construction.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:0GF6) stock is a Hold with a NOK188.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Veidekke ASA stock, see the GB:0GF6 Stock Forecast page.
