The latest update is out from Ucore Rare Metals ( (TSE:UCU) ).

Ucore Rare Metals has endorsed its partner Hastings Technology Metals and Wyloo’s acquisition of a fully permitted mixed rare earth chloride production facility in Thailand, which will enable early processing of third-party monazite feedstock ahead of the Yangibana rare earth project. The move is seen as strengthening a diversified, Western-aligned rare earth supply chain and supporting Ucore’s plans for its Strategic Metals Complex in Louisiana.

The company said the acquisition reinforces its previously announced non-binding arrangement with Hastings and Wyloo to progress toward a long-term supply deal for rare earth concentrate to its Louisiana facility. Ucore continues to work with its partners to align commercial terms, product specifications and timelines, as it seeks to integrate upstream supply with its midstream processing and oxide production capabilities to build a mine-to-oxide Western rare earth supply chain.

The most recent analyst rating on (TSE:UCU) stock is a Sell with a C$5.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Ucore Rare Metals stock, see the TSE:UCU Stock Forecast page.
