ETRACS Alerian MLP Index ETN Class B ( (AMUB) ) has provided an announcement.
On 4 February 2026, UBS Group AG reported strong fourth-quarter 2025 results, highlighting disciplined execution as it continues to integrate the acquired Credit Suisse operations. The group posted reported net profit of USD 1.2 billion and underlying pre-tax profit of USD 2.9 billion, up 62% year-on-year, on the back of 10% revenue growth driven mainly by Global Wealth Management and the Investment Bank, as well as significant cost savings from technology decommissioning, functional integration and reduced third‑party spending. UBS emphasized improved profitability metrics, including a 75% cost/income ratio and an 11.9% return on CET1 capital, while its balance sheet remained “for all seasons” with USD 1.6 trillion of assets, high liquidity and funding ratios, and stable credit quality. Management detailed a liability management exercise involving the November 2025 buyback of USD 8.5 billion of expensive legacy Credit Suisse debt at a net loss of USD 457 million, which is expected to improve net interest income and reduce funding drag over time, and outlined continued progress in winding down non-core and legacy portfolios and repatriating capital from former Credit Suisse entities. The group’s CET1 capital ratio stood at 14.4% and CET1 leverage ratio at 4.4% at year-end 2025, after accruals for a higher 2025 ordinary dividend and intended 2026 share repurchases, while UBS AG’s standalone capital position was strengthened by upstreamed capital from subsidiaries, positioning the bank to maintain robust buffers as it advances toward its post‑integration profitability and capital return targets.
