The Property Franchise ( (GB:TPFG) ) just unveiled an update.
The Property Franchise Group has acquired a 25% stake in Meridian HoldCo, parent of Legal & General Surveying Services, for £2.5 million in cash, extending its platform into residential property surveying. The deal, funded from existing cash, brings TPFG into a closely related part of the mortgage value chain via LGSS, which serves a broad range of UK lender clients with valuation and survey services.
LGSS generated £43.68 million of revenue and a small profit in 2024 but has improved trading since being carved out of Legal & General Group, and TPFG expects the minority investment to contribute modestly to earnings in 2026 and be earnings enhancing thereafter. Management presents the move as a complementary, balance-sheet-light expansion that deepens lender relationships, bolsters growth prospects for both parties and supports TPFG’s wider acquisition-led strategy in property services and financials.
The most recent analyst rating on (GB:TPFG) stock is a Buy with a £680.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on The Property Franchise stock, see the GB:TPFG Stock Forecast page.
