TMT Investments Plc announced that German Kaplun, the company’s Head of Strategy, has transferred 2,674,490 ordinary shares from Ramify Consulting Corp., which he wholly owns, to a direct holding. This internal restructuring does not alter Mr. Kaplun’s aggregate beneficial interest of 7,497,458 shares, maintaining his 23.84% stake in the company. The transaction reflects a strategic move to change Mr. Kaplun’s indirect interest to direct ownership, with no impact on the company’s overall share capital or his ultimate beneficial ownership.
