Telenor ( (GB:0G8C) ) just unveiled an announcement.

Telenor ASA’s board has approved the 2025 annual financial statements ahead of the 19 May 2026 annual general meeting, with the full annual report and executive remuneration report now published for investors. The final accounts show adjustments versus preliminary 2025 figures, reflecting updated inputs from associated companies and joint ventures and the impact of a legal ruling in India.

The income statement for 2025 was revised to include a NOK 61 million net increase in share of profit from associates and joint ventures, driven by one-off effects at True Corporation and recognition of deferred tax assets at Easypaisa. However, profit from discontinued operations was reduced by NOK 1,221 million following a Supreme Court judgment in India, leading to a lower reported profit after tax of NOK 8,363 million versus NOK 9,514 million previously, a change that clarifies the company’s financial exposure and may influence investor assessments of legacy legal risks.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:0G8C) stock is a Hold with a NOK175.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Telenor stock, see the GB:0G8C Stock Forecast page.
