Taiton Resources has begun drilling at its high-priority Yogi iron-oxide copper-gold target within the Highway Project in South Australia’s Gawler Craton. The program is designed to test a strong gravity anomaly that could indicate IOCG-style mineralisation in a region known for several world-class deposits.
The maiden campaign consists of a single diamond hole with an RC pre-collar to a planned depth of about 850 metres, with drilling expected to take two to three weeks. Core will be processed onsite and in Adelaide, with assay results anticipated around June, marking a key near-term catalyst for assessing the project’s exploration potential.
