Smurfit Westrock ( (SW) ) has provided an announcement.

Smurfit Westrock outlined a five-year medium-term plan targeting adjusted EBITDA of about $7 billion by 2030, implying roughly 7% compound annual growth and around 300 basis points of margin expansion from 2026 to 2030. The company also aims to generate about $14 billion in cumulative discretionary free cash flow over the period, grow that cash flow at roughly 17% annually, and keep long-term net debt below 2.0 times EBITDA.

Management detailed capital allocation priorities that balance investment with rising shareholder returns, including maintaining a progressive dividend policy expected to deliver about $5 billion in payouts between 2026 and 2030 and creating capacity for share buybacks from 2027. The plan is built on modest market growth assumptions across North America, Europe and Latin America and emphasizes unlocking more value from North America while sustaining outperformance in EMEA and APAC and dynamic growth in Latin America, reinforcing the group’s positioning as a scale leader in paper-based packaging with strong free cash flow and balance sheet flexibility.
