Spark’s Take on NOW Stock

According to Spark, TipRanks’ AI Analyst, NOW is a Outperform.

Strong financial quality and a confident earnings outlook (high-margin, cash-generative model with 2026 growth/margin guidance and large buyback) support the score. Offsetting factors are very weak technicals (clear downtrend with negative momentum) and a demanding valuation (high P/E with no dividend support), which raise near-term risk despite solid fundamentals.
