Seazen Group Limited reported unaudited contracted sales of about RMB1.079 billion in March 2026, corresponding to a contracted sales area of roughly 191,800 square metres. For the first quarter of 2026, aggregated contracted sales reached around RMB3.016 billion, with a total sales area of approximately 526,500 square metres, reflecting the company’s ongoing activity in China’s property sales market.

On the leasing side, Seazen operated 179 properties in March 2026 with a combined gross floor area of about 16.524 million square metres, generating rental income of roughly RMB1.115 billion and commercial operating income of around RMB1.196 billion. Cumulatively for January to March 2026, rental income was approximately RMB3.307 billion and commercial operating income was about RMB3.545 billion, underscoring the scale of its recurring revenue base even as the company cautioned investors that these figures are preliminary and unaudited.
