Robinson ( (GB:RBN) ) has shared an announcement.

Robinson plc has completed the sale of approximately 1.3 acres of its Walton Works surplus property, advancing its ongoing programme to monetise non-core real estate. After final costs of £412,335 were assumed by the buyer, the company received £616,665 in proceeds, compared with a book value of £540,000 at the end of 2025.

The property was largely vacant, generating only £7,000 in rental income in 2025, and the cash inflow will be used to reduce bank debt. Management reiterated that proceeds from surplus property disposals will continue to be directed toward deleveraging and supporting the development of its core packaging operations, underscoring a strategy to streamline the balance sheet and focus on growth in its packaging business.

The most recent analyst rating on (GB:RBN) stock is a Buy with a £129.00 price target. To see the full list of analyst forecasts on Robinson stock, see the GB:RBN Stock Forecast page.
