Rejlers AB Class B ( ($SE:REJL.B) ) has issued an announcement.
Rejlers AB has called its shareholders to an Annual General Meeting on 29 April 2026 at the company’s Stockholm office, setting out participation procedures, registration requirements and rules for proxy representation in line with Swedish corporate governance and data protection standards. The agenda includes adoption of financial statements, allocation of results, discharge of liability for the board and CEO, approval of the remuneration report, amendments to the articles of association, and potential authorisations for share buybacks and new share issues.
The Nomination Committee proposes that Peter Rejler chair the meeting and that the board continue to comprise six ordinary members without deputies, supported by a registered auditing firm. It is also recommending total board remuneration of SEK 2,701,000 plus committee fees, re-election of five current directors, the new election of Johan Lannebo to replace outgoing member Jan Samuelsson, and auditor compensation based on approved invoices.
