Rejlers AB Class B ( ($SE:REJL.B) ) just unveiled an update.
Rejlers AB’s annual general meeting approved the 2025 accounts and a dividend of SEK 5.25 per share, allocating SEK 119.9 million to shareholders and carrying forward the remaining earnings. Shareholders also granted discharge from liability to the board and CEO, and approved the remuneration report and updated fee levels for directors and committee work.
The AGM re-elected five current directors, appointed Johan Lannebo as a new board member, and confirmed Peter Rejler as chairman, while Ernst & Young AB was reappointed as auditor with Åsa Lundvall continuing as auditor in charge. The meeting further approved amendments to the articles of association and authorised the board to repurchase and transfer up to 10 percent of Class B shares and to issue new Class B shares corresponding to up to 10 percent dilution, enhancing Rejlers’ financial and strategic flexibility for future transactions and capital management.
