Premier African Minerals ( (GB:PREM) ) has shared an update.
Premier African Minerals has raised about £1 million via a direct subscription of new ordinary shares on AIM, with the funds earmarked primarily for commissioning the new flotation plant at its Zulu Lithium and Tantalum Project, operating expenses, essential creditor management and general working capital. Following the issue, the company’s share capital will rise to 38.13 billion ordinary shares, while operationally Zulu’s new flotation, crushing and conveyor circuits have completed most cold commissioning and are on track to move into hot commissioning with ore feed in the second quarter of 2026.
At Zulu Lithium, water-based cold commissioning across the flotation plant and associated crushing and milling circuits has largely been completed, including successful testing of conveyor systems, bypass chutes and re-commissioning of the crushing circuit on ore. The transition to hot commissioning, including the introduction of reagents and ore for spodumene froth recovery, is expected to mark a key milestone in bringing the plant into full operation and supports the previously guided Q2 2026 commissioning timeline.
Spark’s Take on PREM Stock

The score is held down primarily by weak financial performance (persistent losses, negative gross profit, and continued cash burn) and a bearish technical setup (price below major moving averages with negative MACD).
