Ondo InsurTech Plc ( (GB:ONDO) ) has shared an announcement.
Ondo InsurTech has expanded its all-employee Share Incentive Plan with the purchase of 100,790 ordinary shares to be held in trust for participants, enabling staff to buy partnership shares out of pre-tax salary and receive matching shares on a one-for-one basis. As part of this latest award, chief executive Craig Foster and chief financial officer Kevin Withington each acquired 3,850 partnership shares at 3.90p along with an equal number of matching shares, modestly increasing their stakes and signalling continued alignment of senior management with shareholders.
